Job description
This position involves providing direct patient care in an emergency department setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Qualifications & Skills:
Licensure as an RN is mandatory
Experience levels range from none to two years, with supervisory experience not required
Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient education skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care aligned with standards and guidelines
Educate patients and families on health management and post-treatment care
Participate in improving patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
