Job description
Role Overview: Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and supports post-treatment needs. Ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the interprofessional team.
Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.
Supports a healing environment through education and safety initiatives, fostering communication across care continuum.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree with RN license.
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and two years of experience.
