Job description

Cooper Norcross Health in Camden, NJ seeks an ED Flow Manager to optimize patient throughput in the Emergency Department. You will delegate care, balance workload, and guide the ED care teams under the Clinical Director, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective patient care.

You will lead interdepartmental coordination with ancillary services, while supporting the Clinical Director and ensuring timely delivery of care for patients and families in the ED.
