Job description
Boston Medical Center Health System seeks an experienced physician leader to serve as Emergency Department Medical Director across its three EDs. You will oversee daily clinical operations, patient flow, quality initiatives, and system-wide emergency care delivery.
Collaborate with nursing, APPs, residency, and hospital leadership to advance care models, implement process improvements, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered emergency services for our diverse patient population in Boston, MA.
