Job description
Riverview Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. The RN will perform initial assessments, coordinate care, and support discharge planning in a fast-paced ER setting.
Responsibilities include triage, vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and collaboration with physicians to ensure safe patient transfers and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
