Job description
Adventist Health is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Nurse Lead to provide clinical and operational leadership in a fast-paced ED. This role partners with nurse managers, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure superior patient outcomes and staff development.
The ideal candidate will have a BSN or higher, California RN licensure, BLS, and demonstrated leadership. Preferred qualifications include a MSN, 5+ years in nursing, and ED leadership experience.
