Job description
Emory Healthcare in Georgia is seeking a Charge Nurse to plan, coordinate and direct daily operations of a clinical shift on a busy unit, mentor staff and communicate with physicians and administrators to deliver patient- and family-centered care.
The Charge Nurse leads clinical leadership, manages staffing, ensures regulatory compliance, and uses the Synergy model to allocate resources and assignments while modeling exceptional communication and teamwork.
