Job description
Northern Arizona Healthcare offers a 12‑month Nurse Resident program designed for new graduates or RNs new to the acute care setting, with supervision by experienced preceptors and a path to independent practice after completion.
Residents engage in hybrid learning environments including clinical shifts, classroom labs, and online modules, and must obtain AZ RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and begin a BSN within one year of hire plus complete within five years.
