Job description
UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Patient Care Technician III to provide direct patient care under licensed supervision, perform essential monitoring, and support multiple units including ED, ICU, and telemetry. The role involves assisting with procedures, phlebotomy in some locations, and ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Candidate must have high school education or GED, current BLS, strong English communication, and competency in PCT II or 1 year of acute care experience.
