Job description
JobRx, Inc. is seeking an Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacist in Houston, Texas. The Pharmacist will educate and assist patients in outpatient care while collaborating with teams to optimize medication therapy management.
Qualified candidates will have an ASHP-accredited PGY1 and PGY2 residency or extensive clinical experience in Emergency Medicine. The role requires effective communication, evaluation skills, and adherence to best practices in drug management.
