Job description
Capital Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for the Emergency Department on a per diem basis at our New Jersey facilities. The role focuses on safe and cost-effective medication management, education, data-driven quality initiatives, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Required pharmacist credentials include a PharmD from an ACPE-accredited school, with PGY1 residency or 3 years’ experience; PGY2 in Emergency Medicine or Critical Care is preferred.
