Overview
Position: Emergency Department Registered Nurse (Travel) in San Bernardino, CA
Responsibilities
Provide ED care for STEMI receiving facility, cardiac, sepsis, ETOH, stroke, DKA, and all types of patients as part of procedures/treatments on unit.
Float as needed to additional units/locations as required by assignment.
Utilize equipment on unit including Tele/Monitor Techs with 22 hardwired monitors (in room and at nurses station).
Qualifications
Minimum 24 months of Emergency Department experience with some within the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of ED experience within the past 4 years.
Experience with Cerner is preferred.
Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred.
California nursing license (required for submission).
CPR/BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications required or in scope per facility policy; Skills Checklist and References required.
Driver’s license required for submission.

Varied start 3p-7p, every other weekend; Fri, Sat, Sun counted as weekend; could be every weekend depending on staffing.

Traveler are first to float.
Facility Details
Adheres to facility holidays: 01/01/2025, 11/27/2025, 12/25/2025. Number of holidays allowed off: 1.
STEMI receiving facility; Cardiac, Sepsis, ETOH, Stroke, DKA care capabilities.
