Job description
ChristianaCare seeks BSN graduates for the Nurse Residency Summer 2027 Emergency Department Track. This structured, year-long program blends classroom education, high-acuity ED clinical rotations, simulation, and precepted practice to build strong assessment, triage, and critical-thinking skills. Residents will provide compassionate, evidence-based emergency nursing care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support patients and families in crisis.
