Job Summary and Responsibilities
nAs our Inpatient Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, skilled nursing services to patients requiring hospitalization, guiding them toward optimal health and functional recovery.
nEvery day you will assess patient needs, administer medications, perform treatments, and continuously monitor patient conditions. You will collaborate seamlessly with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans, always preparing patients and their families for a successful discharge, whether to home or to another setting for continued care.
nTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong clinical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for every individual.
nJob Requirements
nRequired
nnnCurrent WA State RN license
n
nnOne (1) or more years recent RN experience with acute care patients
n
nnCPR certification is required every two (2) years or as specified by the work
n
nnOther certifications may be required for specialty areas
n
nnGraduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing
n
n nPreferred
nnAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
