Job description
As an Emergency Department Registered Nurse, you provide direct, evidence-based care to patients with urgent and emergent needs. You assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor changing conditions, and escalate concerns promptly. You collaborate closely with physicians and the care team, ensure accurate EHR documentation, promote a strong safety and quality culture, support professional governance initiatives, and may float to other units to meet patient care needs.
