Emergency Department Registered Nurse

What You'll Do:
Deliver Acute Patient Care: Provide expert care to patients in emergency situations, managing a wide range of medical conditions, from trauma to acute illness.
Monitor Patient Condition: Continuously assess and document vital signs, administer medications and treatments, and respond rapidly to changes in patient conditions.
Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work alongside physicians, paramedics, and other healthcare professionals within the emergency room to stabilize and treat patients effectively.
Educate & Support Patients and Families: Communicate clearly with patients and families, providing education about diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
Ensure Readiness of Emergency Equipment: Assist in preparing and maintaining emergency equipment and supplies to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; TNCC preferred.
Previous experience in an emergency room or critical care setting is preferred.
Strong critical thinking and rapid decision-making abilities under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients in a high-stress environment.
