Job description
Berger Health System in Ohio is seeking an RN Clinical Leader to guide the design, development, implementation and evaluation of emergency department services. You will lead clinical operations, ensure quality care, and collaborate with department leaders to optimize patient flow and satisfaction.
The role requires ACLS/BLS and an Ohio RN license, with a BSN preferred, and at least 2 years of clinical leadership experience.
