Job description
Baptist Health's Baptist Medical Center South in Montgomery, AL seeks an Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) 11A to oversee nursing care on the shift, including weekends and holidays, ensuring quality and continuity of patient care. The RN collaborates with physicians and clinicians to plan and implement care.
Requires nursing degree, RN license, BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required by area. Strong assessment, communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy are essential.
