Job description
University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS is seeking a registered nurse to assess, develop, implement and evaluate nursing care for patients in an assigned clinical area. You will coordinate patient admissions, records, and scheduling while counseling patients and families on treatment plans and conditions.
You will act as liaison between case managers, home health, utilization review, and related services, ensuring safe, high-quality care and maintaining accurate documentation.
