Arnot Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Float Pool across Elmira, NY and affiliated campuses. The RN will be accountable for a group of patients during a designated timeframe, delivering comprehensive care via nursing processes and teamwork.
Responsibilities include assessments, developing care plans, education, documentation, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. NYS licensure required; flexible schedules offered.
