Job description

As a Clinical Nurse (RN) with Duke University Health System, you will make patient-centered care your priority while providing and supervising total nursing care. The RN follows the nursing process (assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating) and supports the DUHS Professional Practice model as part of the Emergency Services team in Durham, NC.

New graduates join the Nurse Residency Program, a 12-month paid track with dedicated nurse educators, ensuring hands-on training and theory.
