Job description
Advocate Health's Union Emergency Department in Monroe, NC seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead and coordinate patient care in a fast-paced ED. The role emphasizes safe nursing processes, evidence-based practice, and exceptional patient experience within a 34-bed unit and a 10-bed Behavioral Health Holding Unit.
Ideal candidates hold an RN license, BLS, and ACLS within 6 months, with preferred 2+ years inpatient ED experience.
