Job description
Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Registered Nurse Weekend to uphold the Relationship Based Care model. Under department leadership, you will align with NM mission, vision, values and comply with all regulatory standards.
The RN will perform comprehensive patient assessments, coordinate care with families, document outcomes, support discharge planning, and contribute to unit quality initiatives while maintaining ethical practice and patient safety.
