Job description
Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids, IA, is seeking a Unit Supervisor for the Emergency Department. The role leads ED staff, mentors nurses, and collaborates with physicians and leadership to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements include a valid RN license (IA or compact state), 2+ years in an ED setting, BLS, ACLS/PALS; TNCC preferred. Leadership responsibilities include staffing oversight, performance evaluations, and on-going staff education.
