Job description
BMC Software is seeking an RN Care Manager for the Emergency Department in Massachusetts. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating care to meet individual health needs and ensure cost-effective outcomes.
Schedule includes 30 hours weekly with weekend evenings (11am–9:30pm) and one weekday shift (evenings). Requires Massachusetts RN licensure and nursing degree; CCM preferred within 24 months from hire.
