Job description
Mercy Cedar Rapids is seeking an experienced RN to serve as a charge nurse in the Emergency Department. The role leads staff, mentors teammates, and guides performance while ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to safety standards.
The ideal candidate has at least two years of RN experience, ED exposure, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. TNCC is required; NRP preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position with a generous sign-on bonus.
