Description
Position Overview: We are seeking all levels of EMT/B/A/P to join our team at Trinity, an industry leader in EMS transport services to meet our dialysis and transport needs. We are looking for self-starting EMTs who believe in treating every patient equally, have a high standard of professionalism, can problem solve, and understand team dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
Safely transport patients to and from medical facilities, prioritizing their comfort and well-being throughout the journey
Communicate effectively with facility staff to coordinate care
Monitor patients' condition during transportation
Provide patient care within your scope of practice
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
Keep accurate records of transportation details and medical information
Collaborate with healthcare professionals for seamless patient care

Requirements
Valid EMT certification/license
Knowledge of medical protocols and emergency procedures
Patient-focused with excellent communication skills
Ability to remain composed and empathetic
Valid driver's license with a clean record
Active CPR certification
Essential Functions
Frequently lift patients with assistance
Stand for long periods
Use hands and wrists for gripping and twisting
Lift up to 25 lbs regularly; occasionally up to 400 lbs with assistance
Climb stairs
Wear safety equipment
Operate all job-related equipment effectively
