Job description
Arnot Health is currently interviewing for an experienced Physician Assistant / Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Emergency Medicine department at Arnot Ogden Medical Center - located in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region of Upstate NY. This is a permanent and full-time employed position. Arnot Health is committed to providing all our providers with state-of-the-art practice settings along with full support staff. We are a clinical campus for medical students from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (Elmira campus) and offer numerous Residency and Fellowship training programs on-site at Arnot Ogden Medical Center.
Candidates must be a graduate of an approved masters level program with national certification and current NYS professional license.

Responsibilities
Assist in the rural Emergency Department alongside ED physicians.
Conduct assessments, diagnostic testing, and treatment plans.
Manage and monitor patients' care throughout their stay in the hospital.
Collaborate with a close-knit team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
Ensure proper documentation and patient communication.
Qualifications
Current NY state license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
New graduates are welcome to apply.
Previous experience in Emergency Medicine or Acute Care preferred but not required.
Strong clinical and communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
