Job description

Aiken Regional Medical Centers, located in Aiken, South Carolina, seeks a Clinical Pharmacist for Emergency Medicine. You will provide expert medication reconciliation and serve as an ED pharmaceutical resource to patients and staff.

Responsibilities include rapid order interpretation, code blue and critical event support, stroke and STEMI order verification, and medication safety across ED care. Requires SC licensure and relevant certifications.
