Job description
ChristianaCare seeks a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Emergency Medicine for a midnight 7-on/7-off schedule. You will provide advanced clinical pharmacy services in a fast-paced ED, including medication therapy management, pharmacokinetic dosing, code and trauma response, and antimicrobial stewardship. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and residents, educate patients and staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and precept learners.
