As America's leading medical group, Envision is striving to provide quality coverage when and where it is needed. The Envision Envoy Team has a great opportunity for an Emergency Medicine Clinician to work in San Antonio, TX!
Highlights
ED/Fast Track Bed Count: 12 ED Beds
ED Patients Per Hour: 2-5.3 PPH
EMR: Meditech
24-hour Physician Coverage Shift Times: 7a-7p, 7p-7a
12-hour APP Coverage Shift Times: 11a-11p
No call required, Weekend Coverage
Immediate intervention for serious emergencies where treatment time is critical with quick transfer capabilities to any Methodist Healthcare facility
Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible. Qualified Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine through American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM) OR American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine (AOBEM).

Facility Information
Methodist Converse's team consists of board-certified emergency medicine physicians and emergency-trained nurses and technicians.
Radiology, full-service laboratory and telemetry
Specific on-site diagnostic equipment will include: 64-slice CT scanner, dedicated x-ray suite, ultrasound and telemetry equipment
24-hour monitoring and testing of patients, such as chest pain cases
Use of a Picture Archiving Communications System (PACS) to allow staff to electronically transmit any diagnostic image from the Methodist ER Converse to any Methodist credentialed physician's office, specialist or any Methodist hospital emergency room for seamless follow-up
