Job description
Maxim Healthcare Services seeks a BC/BE Emergency Medicine physician to serve as Medical Director for a Level II trauma ED in Iowa. The role requires leadership experience and oversight of patient flow, care quality, and team performance. Ten physicians, two PAs and one ARNP participate with scribes available to assist. Iowa license and DEA required.
The Medical Director will oversee clinical leadership and ensure high standards of care and throughput in a busy ED environment.
