Lead, influence, and build the future of emergency medicine with TeamHealth. AdventHealth Redmond is seeking an exceptional EM physician to serve as facility medical director for our high-performing emergency department in beautiful Rome, Georgia. This is a unique opportunity for a physician leader who is passionate about clinical excellence, operational performance, physician engagement, and developing the next generation of emergency clinicians. We are looking for an EM physician who:
Is board-certified in emergency medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)
Has proven leadership experience or demonstrated leadership potential
Exhibits strong emotional intelligence and communication skills
Inspires trust, accountability, and clinician engagement
Is passionate about mentorship and professional development
Enjoys collaborating with executive and hospital leadership
Sees opportunity where others see obstacles
