Job description
Heywood Healthcare is seeking an emergency medicine leader to guide the ED operations across two hospitals. You will collaborate with ED physicians, APPs, nursing leadership, and administration to maintain a high-quality care model and effective staffing strategy.
Minimum 5 years in emergency medicine with board certification, Massachusetts licensure, and strong skills in leadership, budgeting, and quality improvement will be essential.
