Job description
UF Health Ocala Neighborhood Hospital – Emergency Department seeks a physician leader to serve as Medical Director, balancing clinical practice with department leadership, guiding a growing team of Emergency Medicine physicians in a community-focused care model.
As Medical Director, you'll set the clinical and cultural tone for the department while building a collaborative team, ensuring quality and consistency of care, and serving as the primary liaison between the ED and hospital leadership.
