Job description
The Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner provides overnight care in a high-acuity emergency department. Working with attending physicians and residents, this role evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with acute illnesses, injuries, and trauma across all triage levels. Responsibilities include performing appropriate procedures within scope, developing treatment plans, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to efficient, safe patient flow and high-quality care.
