Emergency Medicine Physician Opportunity – Nebraska
Why We’re Looking Emergency Department Trauma Level lll Position Overview Specialty: Emergency Medicine Case Mix: Primarily adult and geriatric patients Schedule: 12-hour shifts | ~12 shifts per month Facility: 9-room Emergency Department EMR: Epic Team Structure: 6-physician EM group with APP coverage during peak hours Requirements Board Certified / Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine Eligible for Nebraska medical licensure (or active eligibility) Compensation & Incentives $270 hr. + production Quality Bonus: Up to 3% of base salary Sign-On / Relocation: $5,000–$20,000 combined (negotiable) Student Loan Support: $20,000/year for 3 years (negotiable education loan forgiveness options available) Benefits Health Insurance (PPO) single or family coverage Wellness program discounts available Dental, Vision, Short & Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance Retirement: 5% 401(k) employer contribution Malpractice insurance fully covered Standard clinical certifications included (ACLS, PALS, BLS, etc.) Time Off 7 weeks total annual time off CME allowance: $3,000 annually Community – Central Nebraska Lifestyle
