Envision is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our established Emergency Medicine team at Desert View Hospital, offering a supportive culture and a rewarding clinical practice.
Requirements: Must have 1 year of Emergency Department experience.
Position Profile:
12% admission rate
17% transfer rate (higher level of care)
Bed layout
11 main ED beds
4 hallway beds (typically in use during peak hours)
During daytime hours (roughly 11am–8pm), the ED, hallway beds, and Fast Track are often completely full. Night shifts are significantly slower
APP coverage
10am - 10pm only
No night coverage required
Cerner EMR
W2 status with comprehensive benefits package
