The Opportunity
Seeking Emergency Medicine physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
Current national certification, DEA, and BLS are required.
ACLS and PALS are preferred.
Current NM state license is a plus.
The Practice
Gila Regional Medical Center - Silver City, New Mexico
25-Beds with 14-bed ED Track.
Level 4 Critical access Trauma Center.
Annual volume of 180,000 with 20% admit rate.
Meditech with dragon EMR Charting.
2-hour catchment area serving an underserved, diverse community with limited outpatient primary care and a large geriatric population.
