Emergency Medicine Physician Opportunity Providence Medical Center – Kansas City, Kansas
Inhospital Physicians (IHP) is seeking Emergency Medicine physicians to join our established team at Providence Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas.

Position Highlights
Full-time, part-time, and ongoing PRN opportunities
12-hour day and night shifts
Flexible scheduling with block options
Direct engagement with Inhospital Physicians

Emergency Department
Providence Medical Center provides emergency care to a diverse patient population throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area.
The department offers:
Approximately 24 emergency department beds
Additional fast-track capacity for lower-acuity cases
Consistent patient volume and a broad range of clinical presentations
Strong inpatient and specialty backup
Established transfer pathways when a higher level of care is needed
Efficient patient flow and operational support
Clinical Support
Physicians work alongside an experienced and collaborative clinical team that includes:
Emergency Medicine physicians and advanced practice providers
Supportive nursing and ancillary staff
On-call medical and surgical specialists
Inpatient hospitalist support
Access to anesthesia and other hospital-based services
Established STEMI and stroke-care capabilities
The department is designed to allow physicians to focus on patient care while receiving the clinical and administrative support needed to work efficiently.

Dragon dictation
Streamlined documentation processes
Efficient workflows intended to reduce unnecessary administrative burden
Patient Population
Physicians care for patients of all ages and encounter a broad mix of emergency medicine cases, including cardiac, respiratory, gastrointestinal, neurologic, infectious, and general medical emergencies.
