PRN Emergency Medicine Physician - $285/hrFlexible ShiftsMarion, IL
The Staff Pad is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician for a PRN opportunity at a high-volume, well-supported hospital in Marion, Illinois.
This role is ideal for physicians looking for premium compensation, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work in a collaborative, resource-rich Emergency Department.
Position Highlights
$285/hour highly competitive rate
Flexible PRN scheduling with day, evening, and night shifts available
Integrated EPIC EMR system across the hospital network
Dedicated hospitalist team for admissions
Strong subspecialty support across multiple service lines
Practice Details
Team of 7 Emergency Medicine physicians
Supported by 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
Day Shift (7 AM - 7 PM): 1 physician + 1 APP
Night Shift (7 PM - 7 AM): 1 nocturnist physician + 1 APP
~55 patients per day (moderate to high volume)
~11 daily admissions
Robust referral base including ED visits, direct admits, and regional transfers
Subspecialty Support Includes: Cardiology
Gastroenterology
Neurology
Urology
General Surgery
Orthopedics
Colorectal Surgery
