Emergency Medicine Physician – $280+/hr | Houston FSED | Physician-Owned
Job Location: HOUSTON, TX 77069. Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time. Job Shift: Day/Night.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay: Average $280+/hr at high-volume sites | Base $200 + RVU (day) | $230 + RVU (night)
High volume defined as 30+ patients per 24 hours
Full-time (12 shifts/month): $480,000+ annually in hourly pay — profit sharing is additional
Profit sharing for physicians working 10+ shifts/month
Health, dental, and vision insurance
Malpractice: full coverage, including tail — no out-of-pocket costs
Shifts
12-hour shifts (6am/6pm) | Full-time: 12 shifts/month | Part-time available
Low to moderate-acuity HCA freestanding ED — admissions transfer seamlessly to the home HCA hospital

Qualifications
BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM) | MD or DO | Texas license or eligibility
Family Practice with significant EM experience considered on a case-by-case basis
