\ N Qualifications:
\ N We are looking for board-certified/eligible emergency medicine physicians.
\ N J1 visa candidates areinvited to apply, access Sound’s in-house visa specialists, as well as our licensing and credentialing experts
\ N Scheduling:
\ N Recognizing the importance of work-life balance, we offer a flexible schedule. We are always there to support each other when covering shifts.
\ N Shift times are 6 AM - 6 PM and 6 PM - 6 AM.
\ N Full-time status is 120hours per month.
\ N Key Responsibilities:
\ N Provide high-quality care in a 13-bed Level IV emergency department, managing a diverse range of cases with 15,500 annual visits.
\ N Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including specialists and imaging professionals, to deliver top-tier care.
\ N Engage in regular monthly, remote, and in-person meetings to foster team collaboration and provide a platform for feedback and continuous improvement.

\ N Compensation:
\ N 1099 compensationis $305 per hour for days and $325 per hour for nights
\ N Up to $50k sign-on bonus available.
\ N Up to $25k retention bonus available.
