Local Team Collaboration:
- Join our close-knit team of 6 physicians and 2 APPs at Mercy Hospital Pittsburg.
- Work alongside a team that values diversity, with clinicians from various geographic, educational, and training backgrounds, all united by a commitment to learning and improving patient care through fresh perspectives.

- Many of us actively participate in hospital committees, such as the medical executive committee, strengthening our relationships with specialists and the supportive administration.

Qualifications:
- We are looking for board-certified/eligible emergency medicine physicians.
- J1 visa candidates are invited to apply, access Sound’s in-house visa specialists, as well as our licensing and credentialing experts
Scheduling:
- Recognizing the importance of work-life balance, we offer a flexible schedule. We are always there to support each other when covering shifts.
- Shift times are 6 AM - 6 PM and 6 PM - 6 AM.
- Full-time status is 120 hours per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care in a 13-bed Level IV emergency department, managing a diverse range of cases with 15,500 annual visits.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including specialists and imaging professionals, to deliver top-tier care.
- Engage in regular monthly, remote, and in-person meetings to foster team collaboration and provide a platform for feedback and continuous improvement.

Compensation:
- 1099 compensation is $305 per hour for days and $325 per hour for nights
- Up to $50k sign-on bonus available.
- Up to $25k retention bonus available.
