Job description
Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas is recruiting an emergency medicine physician to join a stable, hospital-employed ED team. A brand-new 50-bed ED opened in 2025 to accommodate growth within a 500,000 catchment.
Expect Level III trauma center operations, ~70,000 annual ED visits, and structured shifts with overlap to ensure on-time departure. Compensation includes up to $305/hour (average $300/hour), recruitment bonus, paid relocation, and a comprehensive benefits package.
