JOB REQUIREMENTS
Board: BC/BE ABEM, ABFM, ABIM, or Surgery (ABMS/AOA recognized board)
Licenses: Active Ohio license, DEA
DEA / CDS: Active DEA required
Certifications: ATLS, ACLS, PALS as applicable
Experience: Residency in EM, IM, FM, or Surgery required
Other Qualifications: Flu vaccination, QuantiFERON, Epic training required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide emergency medical care in a freestanding emergency department.
Stabilize patients and arrange appropriate transfers when needed.
Work 12-hour or 24-hour shifts as scheduled, including nights and weekends.
Document patient encounters using Epic EMR.
Collaborate with onsite diagnostic services (CT, X-ray, ultrasound, lab) for patient evaluation.
