Emergency Medicine Assistant Medical Director Opening Ashtabula, OHCleveland 60mFull TimePermanent PositionSeeking BC Emergency Medicine Physician to join team as Assistant Medical Director in Ashtabula, OhioPosition Highlights:- Community hospital affiliated with major health system- 24-bed emergency department with approximately 27,000 annual visits- Medium-to-high acuity patient population- 24 hours of physician coverage and 20 hours of APC coverage daily- State-of-the-art facility with helipad for trauma transfers- Accredited Chest Pain Center and Primary Stroke Center- System-wide Epic EMR- Leadership opportunity with growth potentialResponsibilities:- Provide emergency medical care in the ED- Support departmental leadership, operations, and quality initiatives- Collaborate with clinical team to improve patient care and workflow- Participate in scheduling, performance improvement, and team developmentQualifications:- Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM)- Active Ohio license or ability to obtain- Prior leadership experience preferredCompensation & Benefits:- Competitive compensation package- Medical, dental, vision insurance- Paid malpractice insurance- Retirement plan options- Paid time off- Leadership development opportunities
