Local Team Collaboration
Close‑knit team of 24 physicians and 18 APPs.
Comprehensive ancillary services in the ED including peer recovery, pharmacists, crisis intervention, social work, hospice care, and case management.
Opportunity to teach PA students from local programs.
Accountable, on‑site leadership by a local medical director who owns its department’s performance.
Stable, well‑staffed teams with predictable shifts.
Qualifications
Physician assistant board certification required.
Current, unrestricted license with at least 2 years of emergency medicine experience preferred.
ACLS, BLS, and PALS certification required.
Must be able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with fellow APPs and physicians in managing a thriving, busy emergency department.
Handle complex high‑acuity cases while practicing at the top of the license and in collaboration with supervising physicians.
