APP - Emergency Medicine Located: Big Spring, TX •Seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a collaborative Emergency Medicine team in Big Spring, Texas. •Full-time, permanent position. •Opportunity to provide high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. •Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries. •Perform medical procedures within the scope of practice and collaborate closely with Emergency Medicine physicians and multidisciplinary care teams. •Utilize evidence-based medicine and clinical protocols to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care. •Access to modern emergency department facilities, advanced technology, and experienced clinical support staff. •Flexible scheduling with opportunities for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts based on departmental needs. •Competitive compensation package with productivity and quality incentives.
