Coverage Model: 12 hours NP/PA 12 hours MD/DO
Number of Beds: 25 bed critical access facility
EMR: Cerner
Qualifications
PA-C
ATLS, ACLS and PALS
Experience working as solo provider.

About Community Memorial Hospital - EM: Community Memorial Hospital serves over 45,000 residents throughout Madison County and the eastern sections of Onondaga County and parts of Chenango and Oneida Counties. This 25-bed critical access hospital has over 400 professionals working every day to provide top quality primary and specialty care to the Central New York Community.
